How do I book an appointment? Each artist works differently, so you are best off checking out their social media pages regarding as & when their diaries are open for bookings. If you cannot find this information anywhere, feel free to give us an email at: info@ablastudios.co.uk & we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
-
Do you ever have cancellation appointments?Yes! If individual artists have cancellations, they will normally post on their social media pages. Also, feel free to ring the shop regarding any cancellation spaces.
-
Why do you close your diary for period's of time?We find it is easier to manage our diaries by booking a few months up at a time. This then allows us to focus solely on those clients, creating their tattoos without admin time taking away from design time.
-
Can I bring a family member/friend to my appointment?Usually, we would allow 1 person to visit with you, but due to being Covid secure, we are only allowing each client who is booked in, to attend their appointment. If you feel you cannot make your appointment without somebody accompanying you, please let the artist know as soon as possible to rescedule for a future time when we may be able to allow more than 1 person in per tattoo artist. Thankyou!

What should I bring to my appointment?Great things to bring along to your appointment include; -Sugary Drinks -Snacks -Lunch if you do not intend on going out for food -Headphones -Comfy, loose clothing -Water -Warm socks (a lot of people tend to get cold whilst being tattooed for a longer period of time). -A hoodie to wrap up in or use as an extra pillow -A device to watch Netflix or play games on. (Nintendo Switch etc). Just anything that can pre-occupy you especially during a longer sitting.
-
How early should I turn up to my appointment? We recommend you allowing enough time for travel before arriving to your appointment. Allow for late trains, traffic, finding parking spaces etc. Please arrive at the time of your appointment.

What to expect on the day? When you arrive at the studio, you will notice that the front door is locked, we are currently operating as a private studio. If you just knock on the door/ring the doorbell/phone the studio, your artist will come and let you in. We will take your temperature & get you to fill out a consent form. We will go over your design & talk you through the whole process. Once the design has been agreed on, we will then bring you through to the tattoo area & get your stencil put on. This can be done as many times are you require, to ensure that you are 100% happy with where it is sitting aswell as the artist being happy with where it is too, from a professional point of view. If you are booked in for 4 hours+, there will usually be a lunch break at some point (usually around halfway through but this can sometimes differ). If you have any other questions at all, please email us at; info@ablastudios.co.uk
